The TiB2 Composite Armor is a Kevlar Suit of Titanium Diboride bonded with aramid fibers to create a solid ultra-light plate of protection able to withstand assault-shotgun and rifle fire. The plates are lighter than the B4C armor and slightly more protective, requiring significant strength (rating 16) and stamina (endurance 18) to wear effectively. In addition, a resistance of 38 is also required to see the benefits of the armor.

i had to pay 950k with in the last 6 months. 650k is either bullshit or a desperate seller.

I've seen people sell for 700k on this so I'm not surprised. I'm sure there's at least one in nearly every gang vault (big gangs) because the top players couldn't find people to buy them at a decent rate, so they are being used as a loan item instead.

Hope you can get your price or near it depot, but it is hard to sell anything in this market. I still have my 3 sub guns for sale that are all together over 1 mil off, people just don't want to buy or there are not enough upcoming players with the stats.
