go to Explore--->Store--->and there is a list of stores in the district you are in, select one and you will see all the armor and weapons there is for sale.

P.S. bring tha money

u can find cheaper weapons in the Items Market in Explore , but before buying check the Info, because people do sell cheap items expensive
