Click the name of the person you want to attack, and it should say attack at the top, and there ya go. Just remember if you attack someone and lose, you lose exp.

sometimes it doesn't say Attack at the top, but that just means that u r not in the same District. If u really want to attack that person, go to another district, but otherwise find someone else. In the User List in Explore u can see if the people are in the same district before clicking on their name
