I guess it is a little random again plus a little for DEX. I was surprised I succeeded when higher levels were caught. My DEX rating is only at #100 or so (prob more since training ACC now, didn't look. LOL)

You somehow manage to slip past security and help Hostile make a break for it. You both run home free.

There's a lot more than simply DEX and luck involved in busting people. You got the lucky side tonight I guess.
