Its not worth 5 mil, they wasted all their gp on combat rating, i would give you 2 mil.

What would you of spent the gp on then Mac? Also, what do you then think your gang hideout is worth?

Hardening or refresh, have you seen SV's stats..?? I have gone from a pretty good combat rating to none and can say there is no noticeable difference.
