Mine has been off by like 30 seconds for several months. On multiple computers.
It seems to be a pretty constant minute-or-so off. And this is off my phone, which is synchronised to my network...

You must be very special. My computer was 30 seconds behind for the longest time, then it was over a minute and now it is definitely 2 minutes behind.

this. i usually try to squeak on at 4minutes, get a train in, get another train (and an extra career hour), and then log out. cant time it right like this... i'm synced to windows too
ya for peopole who are leveling and cant do 3 attacks in 1 full refresh, its good to log in at 4 mins to do 2 attacks, then on the 5th min you can do another attack.
