It would be nice if when you go to the estate agent, it tells you how much your current housing is worth. Goes a long way towards figuring out how much more money you have to save before you can upgrade.

I see it has been implemented. Thanks a lot, it's very helpful.

It also lets you upgrade your house without having to sell the one you have. This saves you a lot of happiness

I didn't notice that part. Great idea!
