A guy (taxievador [4269]) just attacked me and hospitalized my gang member.. what do u guys suggest i should do ?

I am confused. Why can't you attack others, isn't that part of the game?
there's no rule against attacking people online. If you do that you should expect retaliation. Online attacks are an act of aggression and some people get more upset than others. There' s plenty of people to attack below level 20 so unless you wanna make someone mad there's no real reason to take away from someone's playing time.
if you attack our n00bs when they're online, expect to be taken care of.
