Is it ok for someone to send me rude messages that include profanity?

no profanity is against the rules you can report that message, and they will only get like a couple of days without mailing but they come back and do it again.

I reported it, but didn't get any feedback.

Should I report it again or are the wheels of justice still turning.

One of the Admin will get back with you. My suggestion is to block the sender so you don't get any further mail from that person.

As a general rule, if someone is sending you messages you don't want you need to block them first. If they find other ways to get their message to you then they get get the appropriate action taken against them by an Admin.

If I took mailing privileges away based on 1 report, I don't think anyone would be able to mail. I get about 100 reports per day.

Unfortunately behind the scenes there are more complaints than I care to admit.

I don't see the complaints stopping anytime soon either. And congrads on makin Level 15. 8)
