Renting is actually not a bad option if you can get a good interest rate...

My standard for a 10 mill loan is 200k a week. .5% per week, 5x what I would get if I just left it in the bank.
And GQ - I could spend weeks training up my stats in a Midlan Villa with crap endu as a level 30. Or I could powerlevel to 40, train like a bastard and blow all my interest on credits.
Not that I have to consult you on the virtues of power leveling. You did that quite well on your own.
