Gym days used to be a periodic reward, people seem to think that they deserve them or something, but simply put, its a bonus day when zen feels the need to give us one. We dont have a right to it.

Zeniths name is off the userlist i guess she retired and cypher is still on it the home page to the AL Wiki was removed so maybe some changes coming
