Less, but I don't think it is because of the new code. While the new code makes it harder to attack active gang's for significant, easy Gang Points, farming and raking in points on offline or inactive gang's is still possible.
more often, though not because of the new war code. more bucause gang points are harder to keep a supply of. therefor i find myself declaring as much war as i can to try and get gang points
Especially when you can lose your hard earned GPs you acquired.
