Wrong. An awful lot will just give you 1 bonus. Maybe just a happ refresh, hut points etc. I would say its a 30% chance of getting a energy refresh that most people would be looking for.
I've never gotten a happiness refresh with a cane; maybe I haven't been paying attention.
i have only had 2 canes leave me with anything less than ap and ep refreshes. i ate at least 10 of them.
