I did too, but I'm fine with using them myself. The problem with selling them is these are the easiest items to get in any constest I've participated in, therefore many people have tons of them which would make them very cheap.
i cant remember what candies do what from last year, anybody have it listed anywhere? or are they always random?

TIP : Use them when you aren't completely full on energy, ap, or health
i'm pretty sure zen did this on purpose so you dont sell them
