What are the TRUE requirements for the different organized crimes? what determines if they succeed or fail? All that is out there currently is heresay and word of mouth as to what the requirements are. Does anybody know FOR SURE what the real requirements are?
There are no FOR SURE requirements. Only that you have enough members to start the OC you choose.
Someone told me it helps if the gang members are in the same district. That's complete BS. The only thing I've seen that helps is that members are active in the gym and at crimes.
I think vergil is asking what determines if one succeeds or not...I personally have found that if you do an oc, it is best to choose one below the number of active members you have....anyone know what else determines the successfulness of an oc.
