If that was the case... I'd say that a lifetime of working as a construction worker would not make me a fantastic doctor if I wanted to switch careers in real life.

Also, iirc, it's easier to rank up in certain careers than others, so it would help them. I.E. Imagine if AngelRinou could swap to a 25 in a stat career.
