There is a few around. The amount gained in each train depends on your endurance level.
I think first must hit lvl 50.....
I got above the Arcology mansion as my prize. Level 19-20 endurance, tripled my trains. Pretty awesome.

Ush had/has the Arc Mansion from what I've been told. Though when his activity went down I'm sure he shared the wealth within his gang. Cheet might of had it as well, now that she is back maybe she can clarify what pad she is using.

yeah well i have a sim castle and it greatly improves the aura of the surrounding area.
The Arcology House is good enough unless you secrete cash out your pores.......
