1.Can a level 18 even "retire"?
(You shouldn't be able to call it a retirement if you haven't hit level 30, IMO.)

Hey howl I have a question for you, or any of you higher level players out there. Does level have anything to do with your highest hit? For the longest time I thought I was just based on stats, opponent, weapon etc etc. Then when I started leveling again I've started seeing many more much bigger hits. Is it a coincidence?
