the players in there should be removed and placed in the highest district their level can allow.
been said before, just saying again.
at this point in the life of AL, i see absolutely no reason to have a retirement district. there's nothing more gay (except Brugada).

Inactives should automatically moved by game mechanics to said district (highest with your lvl)

Zen ignored all the logical reasons for removing the players still in there the last time this topic was bought up. It's unlikely anything will come of it this time around.
She won't release them because then the higher levels can level faster............I guess it's an equity thing..........
