If a gun is a minimum 12 accuracy rating and I have a natural accuracy rating of 11 +1 Cyborg level will I be able to use the gun?

No. Only natural stats counts as weapon requirements.
It is in the Cyberware Chop Doc.

so whats the point of being a cyborg if the rating doesnt count
it doesnt count towards equipment requirements, but it counts towards combat and crimes.
Don't really see the point anymore. I notice ZERO help from upgrades.

Try getting 4-5 upgrades in 1 category instead of 1 in each, I saw a big difference. :shock:
that's what I did. stacked em all into one stat. =]
