Has anyone ever received this discount? With having the 4th highest rep in the game, I have yet to see it once when traveling.

I have also receive it once for about $20, w/ rep 3 . . . this discount should be a constant IMO. Rep doesn't have enough affects anyways.

I received a discount too. I don't remember what the discount was but I was going to rural. I had made several trips there that day.

I have seen it a few times, mostly when traveling to downtown for some reason.

Me too, be nice if it happened on the more expensive trips.
