I'm half with Pop on this 1.

But it was tried in the past and if its changed, then ppl are gonna cry they lost dev points with the points they converted in the past.
If Zen was to change it for the past converted points, then others would cry its not fair, they got passed when they shouldn't, if they had known thye would have chosen a different path and etc.
