Why is it that i can't buy things if i don't have the money in hand? shouldn't u be able to buy if u have the money in the bank too? if it is not so, then could i plz get a good explaination of why it is so?

I think a credit card with an APR to pay off should be introduced.
edit: But I no longer thing we should be able to pay without the cash on hand.
I'm agree with that. It will reduce someone who try to mugged
it should cost more. it reduces the chances of being mugged by a LOT, and takes out an element of the game.
it takes a lot of fun out of the game, so it should not be implemented.
OR! You could add that, but if you elect to use the bank card you could have like a 5-10% chance of losing the card and between 10-50% of bank money if mugged!
that would make things interesting!
