I'm more interested in this phrase "now and day", so thats the same as "nowadays"? What's the history behind this saying? Anybody?

If you increase Acc, you damage won't actually go up. You will have a better chance to hit a player and a be able to use the weapon effectively against another high stats player.
In a sense accuracy and strength does increase damage... just not max damage. It allows you to have a higher over all average damage per hit... and you will land hits more often.
