Do you need to be in the same city where you bought your house to get the train in the gym bonus? for example i have a Villa do i need to stay in the rural district or can i go downtown and still get the training bonus?

You can still go anywhere and keep the housing bonus.... technically, a happiness bonus, but yes, feel free to travel
