i am looking into upgrading my helmet but before i do i would like to know what infomation people have about how much helmets help before i go blow a bunch of money on 1 anyone got any ideas that can help?

What kind of armor do you have, from the dyneema coats and up, only buy the matching helmets. They work best with the armor in that set.

False. Buy the best helmet that you can afford. Matching helmets do NOT work better. And helmets provide very little protection.
I for one, am not going to equip a 5 or 6 kilo helmet. Ever. I would rather work defense and wear the best armor for mobility

Tactical Helmet - TiB2
Tactical Helmet - B4C
Tactical Helmet - SiC Composite
Any of those are interchangable with each other.
Tactical Helmet - AL2O3 Composite
The AL203, as said, works well with any lower end armors, up to the AL203
right now i have a longcoat worth like 150k or whatever but i don't have the res to upgrade it anymore so i was hopeing upgrading my helmet would be worth the money? i am looking at a tib2 helmet
At this point it would be wiser to dump the money into END and raise your res till you can use the higher armors.

Or train athletics, 3 CP = 1 credit, and buy them. Athletics is the long road, but with high pay at the higher levels, it isn't a bad investment.
