it was costing 120-140 credits to refresh. all of a sudden.. it costs 220! give me a break!

Yep. Prevents people from just buying their way to the top. You can! But, it will cost you. I like it because it keeps donators from completely steam rolling non donators. It occurs AFTER you have energy refreshed 10 times in a 24 hour period. My problem was I noticed it in my level 20;s, lol. I used to do 20+ credit refreshes all the time.. Such a waste.. UGH!
