Your max time you can bust yourself out is lower than the max time you can bust others out.

Don't know the % difference or why but it's like that.

its dependant on level i believe, each time i level up i can bust higher jailtimes.

i know that your level X 20 is how high you can bust people out, i guess its 75% X your level for self bustnig (240 minutes thats level 15 X 75% X 20)

still lame..
