i myself use the military career,,yet i dont have access to any military equipment..where are my grenades,rpgs,specialised armors,or weapons?
i get a melee and ranged bonus that dont work instead..sounds like a great trade off from some grenades dont it

Yea just a little extra something for people to work for. like rank 10 abilities would be real nice, especially if having combination of things in a gang worked like that.
