do you lose happiness when you are hosped and/or being hosped?

no, but your refreshes are only equal to your humanity i believe...

you also lose happiness while being in jail, one happiness point every minute served, you also dont get happiness refreshes in jail..

happiness refreshes at half speed in the hosp.

i thought i've lost happiness through battle before somehow...not asking about refresh rate. maybe zerks can affect...i dunno. it just seems that i've noticed it before and it seems like i see red on crimes more when i'm dragging it out with someone. probably wrong, was just wondering if anyone knew for sure.

im pretty sure i saw a loss in happiness at least once over the course of the last few days. could be wrong though.
