When setting OCs does the 24 hour set to the exact time or is it rounded to the nearest hour? we organised an OC to end at 4.30 GMT when we knew people would be on, it happened today at 4pm, 30 mins early, and therefore failed. Anyone know if its to the hour or is this a blip?
