Combat - Sub-Machine Gun 2 84 34.5% Incomplete Study
Defense - Armor Handling 2 87 33.8% Incomplete Study
I think someone said the defensive skills take a little longer than the offensive skills.
Dunno, though.
They average out I think.
boned on your luck for armor handling and the opposite for smg . . . they all train the same. But I don't know for a fact.

.7 of a percent difference with 4% more trained on armor handling is less than 5% difference. Randomness is a big factor, some days ill hit 22's per train, other times 9 or 10. Overall though it works out the same.
