Is it supposed to work on borging people? I had a thought that he wasn't labeled as a borg user yet, but I wasn't sure if the scientists were the only ones able to stim people in the hospital for borgs.

Clearer Version: The user's still human, but I can stim them while they're in the hospital for a borg being put in. Is it supposed to work like that?

No doesnt matter if he is borg or human, only scientists can reduce borg add on time.
