20% is still a large deviation....
Even 10% in a game like this.
If you had a stat of 50...@ 10% you could only hit with a power of 45. 20% = power of 40.
This should be an interesting thread with all of these self-declared deep thinkers analyzing such a meaningless point but I have to admit that I'm disappointed. This has been asked many times since I've been here and complained about before that I'm sure.
It=What it is

everything is not rounded down.
your level is rounded up to even for happi refresh
Seeings no one is seeing/understanding my point....
The lowest i have ever gotten for my first 8 hours of work for engineering @ lvl 1 is 2 CP. Out of 200+ hours working it. So in a OT amount, why is it that when I have the opportunity to make 50% more, or just generalized, the ability to make more, I end up making less.
Yes everything evens out, but I shouldn't average the same in OT and DOT CP's as regular hours.
I got 2-3-4 in regular hours, average about 3.
IN OT and DOT, i got 1, 2, or 5, with a few 3's or 4's sprinkled in. Still average around 3.
Shouldn't you average 4.5, not 3, in OT? I spend 67% more AP on an OT hour, shouldn't I get more?
rule of thumb. upgrade your career, level one makes shit points. level three is decent and so on.

Your average can not be accurately represent the actual percentage.
You do get more in OT and even more in the weekend. That's known fact. Your career rating is too low to notice the difference. 10% of 6 is 0.6. 20% is only 1.2!! If 5+ round up and 4 round down, u will get on average of 1 in both 10% or 20% scenario.
Like The post above is saying, get your career up to at least rank 6. You will see a huge difference.
