Keep things PG-13. It's a crime game, not an open forum to post vulgar or obscene language.
Always thought this was an odd (inaccurate) rule, PG-13 movies allow for a variety of "vulgar or obscene language" including a single use of the F-word if its in a non-sexual manner. I don't want to sound like a square, but I don't mind the word filter considering children could play this game. I think this rule should be amended by removing the "Keep things PG-13." Leaving the rule to just "It's a crime game, not an open forum to post vulgar or obscene language." Think its more clear.
